Short answer

Employers liability insurance compensates workers for bodily injury, death or occupational disease caused by work or workplace conditions, when the employer is legally liable under Article 91 of the Iranian Labor Law. It pays diyeh and court-awarded damages up to the policy limit and defends the employer in labor disputes.
